Still have questions?

There is no fee to join Just Eat. We take a 14% commission for every order you accept on the Just Eat platform and for which you use your own delivery drivers. For example, on a £20 order, our commission is £3.36 (£2.80 + 56p VAT). We take a 30% commission for every order you accept and where we deliver for you. For example, on a £20 order where we deliver, our commission is £7.20 (£6.00 + £1.20 VAT).
Commissions are deducted from your weekly order revenue. You will receive an account invoice every Tuesday, and the balance will be deposited into your bank account every Friday.

This depends on the type of business you are signing up, but you do need to register your business with the Food Standards Agency (FSA) or Food Standards Scotland (FSS), as well as with your local council, so that your business can be inspected and given a hygiene rating as soon as possible. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland you will need to achieve a food hygiene rating of 3 or more from the FSA for your business to trade on Just Eat. In Scotland you will need a Pass rating from FSS.

Possibly. We would need to be sure that you have the appropriate trading licences and registrations in place. Our compliance team will review your documentation when you sign up to make sure everything is correct before your business goes online with Delivery_system.

Probably. It depends where in the UK you’re located. You’ll have a chance to tell us where you are, and whether you need drivers or not, at the beginning of the sign-up process. We can then check if you’re in an area covered by our delivery service.
